News and Updates from Alex Montoya.
Is it just me or did March fly by? I guess that’s what happens when you’re busy AND having fun. But part of the See the Good movement is taking the time to appreciate the little things, and seeing the good in routine things. Whether I am speaking, traveling, or working on the first draft of my novel, I try to appreciate every day. And I absolutely appreciate YOU and your support. Thank you for everything.
AMOC Receives Life Coaching Award
Last week we were thrilled to learn that A-MOtivational Communications received a “2017 San Diego Award” for life coaching. It’s a very cool and deeply appreciated award. My coaching services include college-essay application consulting, resume help, and public speaking coaching. So this award is greatly appreciated!
PARKS AND REC SPEECH
On Wednesday, March 22, I was honored to deliver the keynote presentation to the County of San Diego Park and Recreation Services District 12 awards breakfast in Encinitas, California. My message was about the power of inclusion and the incredible difference makers they are. At one point, though, my microphone died and the gentleman fixing it knelt before me. I told him and the crowd, YES, I WILL MARRY YOU.
ON THE HORIZON
This Thursday, March 30, I will be in El Cajon, California, delivering a keynote speech for a development and safety luncheon at Sycuan Casino. Here’s to rolling the dice on a fun day!
Montoya Memories
This week in 2013, I spoke at San Ysidro Middle School in San Ysidro, California. It’s always a privilege to provide students disability awareness and a reminder they can overcome anything and achieve everything!
